Al salir este mensaje (Sorry, but miktex-makemf did not succeed for the following reason: The rtxr source file could not be found.) tuve que actualizar mediante Miktex Update y actualicé todos los paquetes. Tras la actualización compilé mi archivo y todo salió bien.
